ZTE launches I.SEA solution to enhance user experience with intelligence
ZTE Corporation launched the I.SEA (Intelligent Service Experience Assurance) solution at MWC Shanghai 2024. This innovative solution integrates AI intelligence into 5G networks, merging network operations with specific application scenarios to significantly enhance user experience and elevate service perception capabilities. By leveraging the I.SEA solution, operators can deliver differentiated experience-based services with greater flexibility and efficiency, thereby maximizing the commercial potential of 5G networks.
The I.SEA solution, based on the Network Data Analytics Function (NWDAF) and NE native intelligence (AI Engine), integrates intelligent network operation and management across OSS, BSS, and third-party open applications. It offers a wide range of AI capabilities, including potential customer mining, user profile analysis, user package recommendation, user data collection, AI training, and inference capabilities. Moreover, it enables real-time end-to-end service perception from wireless to core network segments, ensuring service quality assurance for VIP users. Additionally, the solution facilitates network-wide resource coordination and optimization, assisting operators in streamlining traffic operation effectively.
This solution addresses three primary scenarios. Firstly, it ensures high-bandwidth for VIP users engaged in activities such as online live streaming, conferences, HD videos, and live streaming of significant events. Secondly, in specific locales, users can opt for data-free packages via QR code scans at popular scenic spots and museums. They can also integrate 5G with ToB services to enhance user experience. Thirdly, for specialized situations such as high-speed railway users, passengers can scan QR codes or receive intelligent package pushes through the network. Subsequently, users can subscribe to high-speed railway 5G private network services and enjoy optimal 5G network connectivity through intelligent frequency selection.
To date, ZTE has undertaken multiple pilot projects in collaboration with Henan Mobile, Guangdong Mobile, and Shaanxi Mobile to validate the effectiveness of the I.SEA intelligent service experience assurance solution. The test results demonstrate that this solution not only ensures a differentiated network experience for users but also enhances operators’ brand value and customer satisfaction. For instance, customizing a dedicated logo for real-time data pushes allows users to perceive enhanced privileges and underscores their identities. Following service assurance, an SMS experience report details package usage, including guarantee duration, rate adjustments, and service delays, enabling customers to appreciate the heightened level of care provided by the carrier.
