Recently, ZTE officially announced that it would work in partnership with multinational operator Telefonica to construct large-scale virtualization vIMS netwok in Latin America. The network that covers seven Latin American countries (Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Salvador, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Uruguay) will provide VoLTE and VoWiFi services for Telefonica local subscribers.
